God’s love compels us to cherish every human soul and to do all we can to lead them to Jesus. We will do anything short of sin to reach the lost at home and abroad for Jesus Christ. We are more concerned with the people we are trying to reach than the people we are trying to keep.

It is an honor to serve Jesus by being his hands, feet, and voice in a lost and dying world. This is a call we are excited to follow, not a begrudging task we are forced to take. We get to serve!

We will look through the windshield, not the rear view mirror. What God is calling us to always trumps where we have been. Vision is born of faith and prayer, clarified by the Word, and enabled by the Holy Spirit.

The youth of our community are not the church of tomorrow, they are the church of today. We will go to great lengths to raise a generation that changes the nations.
We will live in Community.
We were created for authentic relationship and to reach the world for Christ. So as we grow larger, we will grow smaller by building relationships where we can do life together. No one goes alone.
We will maintain a culture of Celebration.
Since we believe God is always for our best, we will celebrate God in all we do, in every situation we face, and strive to maintain an attitude of gratitude, hope, and faith rather than negativity. The best is yet to come!
We are called to do the Impossible.
We believe that God is not calling us to something small that we can do on our own. We will take bold steps of faith relying on God for wisdom, resources, strength and humbly obeying Him in all he asks us to do.

To reach an ever changing world with the never changing Gospel of Jesus Christ, we are committed to change what needs changing, tweak what needs tweaking, and evaluating everything for effectiveness. If it ain’t broke, break it.

God does nothing by chance and neither should we. We have a specific mission that will require specific steps to fulfill.

Jesus compels us to love God with the totality of our being and that love finds its greatest expression in how we love other people. Our love will always drive our actions. We are one.
